Academic institutions have a key role to play in providing leadership and support for the built environment sector through educational provision and applied research. This section provides resources for educators who wish to upskill and embed circular economy principles across the curriculum.

CIRCULÉIRE is a public-private partnership co-created by Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) and three strategic partners: the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and EIT Climate-KIC. Together with industry partners, CIRCULÉIRE aims to assist manufacturers and their supply chains to switch from linear to circular business models.
The FURN360 is an EU Erasmus funded project aimed at developing a training curriculum to facilitate the implementation of circular business models in the furniture sector (80 hours, Free)
