The Build360 research group is based in the ATU Galway-Mayo Department of Building and Civil Engineering. Its aim is to support industry in the transition towards a decarbonized and circular built environment. Current projects include 2 EPA funded projects aiming to develop a Circular Built Environment Roadmap and Playbook for the Irish Construction Sector in collaboration with the IGBC, TU Dublin, and the University of Galway; and the Circular Demonstrator Lighthouse Project in collaboration with the IGBC, Limerick Twenty Thirty, and the Southern Waste Region.
